The effort and action of a person to prevent or reducing the spread of dengue infection is called as practice. The objective of this study was to obtain data from the sample population on dengue related knowledge, attitude and practice and to aided the knowledge, attitude and practice with socio-demographic issues. The result of study showed that the community were alert on knowledge and practice about dengue. However, there was a bit lack of attitude regarding dengue infection because the percentage of participants whom were aware about the risk of getting infection by dengue was poor. More practical health education programmes should therefore be organized to give more benefits and exposure which could increase the attitude of the community regarding dengue infection.
